Description

Description of services: The contractor shall provide a total service agreement with provisions as follows for the Beckman Coulter coagulation analyzer, Model ACL 1000: This is an acquisition for a preventive maintenance agreement for the base period of 01 Mar 02 through 30 Sep 02 with four-12 month option periods for the Beckman Coulter coagulation analyzer, ACL 1000, for the Hospital at Luke AFB, AZ. The Government intends to award a single firm-fixed price contract to the contractor providing the best value for the Government. The following is the Government?s requirements for the preventative agreement: a. Unlimited emergency services. No charges for labor, travel, or expenses during normal working hours; b. Calls performed outside of 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM will be charged a flat fee; c. Provide parts. No charge for replacement parts which become marginal or defective due to normal use during the contract period; d. Preventative maintenance, performed at each scheduled period; e. Factory authorized product updates and modifications; f. Factory trained and authorized service engineers; g. Technical and applications support. All offers are to include a completed copy of the provisions at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items, with Offer, Wage Determination 94-2023, (Rev 21), dated 05/31/01 applies. This acquisition is unrestricted. The NAICS code is 811219, size standard is $5M. Offers shall be submitted to 56th Contracting Squadron, 14100 W.
