Description

NA Operate and maintain Army Oil Analysis Programs (AOAP) at the following locations: Fort Bragg, North Carolina; Fort Drum, New York and Hunter Army Airfield, Georgia for the period 1 April 2002 through 31 March 2003 (plus 4 one-year option periods). Contr actor is to provide all managment, supervisory, administrative, operational functions; furnish all necessary personnel and perform preventive maintenance and repair on Government furnished equipment necessary to manage and operate the AOAP laboratories. M onitoring duties (to include training) are also a part of the Fort Bragg requirement. All work shall be accomplished at foregoing locations on oil samples from Active Army, Air Force, Navy, Marines, US Army Reserves, National Guard and other DoD customers designated by US Army Materiel Command (USAMC), Logistics Support Activity (LOGSA), Huntsville, Alabama. Contractors may bid on individual sites (on one site, two sites) or all three sites (multiple awards will be made). Requirement is set-aside 100% fo r small business. Requirement will be procured under FAR Part 12. For determining business size on this project, North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 54138, Testing Laboratories, and to be considered a small business under this code, a firm, including its affiliates, must not have more than $5 million average annual revenue over the past 3 years. The anticipated contract type is Firm Fixed Price. All bidders are required to be registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR) whi ch is available on-line at: http://www.ccr2000.com. Site visits will be conducted at each installation and will be annotated as to the date and time in the solicitation. The actual bid opening date and time will be included in the solicitation.
