MSC TANKTIME (8-00) PART XI (A)(2) IS CHANGED IN ITS ENTIRETY TO READ: ?U.S. FLAG PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE MILITARY CARGO PREFERENCE ACT OF 1904, 10 U.S.C. 2631.? 16. MSC TANKTIME (8-00) PART XI (A) (4) REVISE IN ITS ENTIRETY TO READ: ?4) PAST PERFORMANCE - OFFERORS WILL BE EVALUATED ON THEIR PERFORMANCE UNDER EXISTING AND PRIOR CONTRACT FOR SIMILAR SERVICES AND AS OTHERWISE DETAILED IN THE SOLICITATION. INFORMATION OBTAINED FOR REFERENCES LISTED IN PROPOSALS, OTHER CUSTOMERS KNOWN TO THE GOVERNMENT, AND OTHER SOURCES OF USEFUL AND RELEVANT INFORMATION WILL BE CONSIDERED.
