- Hose Assembly, Nonmetalli, 89588 I/A/W M28210-200-MF-25; NSN 4720-01-194-5159,FoB.Destination for delivery of 162 each to DEF Dist Depot San Joaquin, Tracy Ca 95376; in 300 days with first article test 120 day delivery for 1 each. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Notes 9, and 26. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscccols,com/Rfp on it issue date of 1/27/02. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. The small Business size is 500 Employees. Drawings are posted with the solicitation on the DSCC solicitation web-site. If the drawings are not posted with the solicitation, see Clause L07--Availability of Drawings for information on yhow to obtain the drawings. Federal, Military and Commercial specifications cannot be provided by DSC. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantiites . While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation .
