Description

NA The Operations Support Command (OSC) has a requirement to purchase Pallet Type Wirebound Boxes. Quantity required is 298 each. NSN: 8140-01-269-9175. Material to be manufactured in accordance with Technical Data Package (TDP) No. 9278402. First Article Test Samples will be required. Estimated issue date is 28 Jan 2002 with closing date 30 days from issue. This solicitation is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 32192 and the s ize standard is 500 employees. A firm fixed price type contract is anticipated. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.5, 5.102 and 14.205-1(a) therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic cop y may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the internet: http://www4.osc.army.mil/padds_web/refdb.htm. NOTE: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Gove rnment is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of it.
