Description

The work includes replacement of one existing steel sheet pile bulkhead approximately 315 linear feet in length and the rehabilitation of nine other existing bulkheads totaling approximately 5820 linear feet. The replacement of the one existing bulkhead includes new steel sheet piles, granular fill, concrete cap, tiebacks, and a protective coating. The rehabilitation of the remaining nine bulkheads includes cleaning and recoating some of the sheet piles, constructing concrete fascias on the outboard faces of two of the bulkheads, replacing concrete cap at one of the bulkheads, plugging holes in some of the sheet piles, installing pipe drains on some of the sheet piles, replacing joint seals in some of the concrete caps, repairing spalls and delaminations in some of the concrete caps, replacing some fencing, repairing eroded areas of the site behind the bulkheads and at the terminations of the bulkheads, and other related work. Estimated Cost Range: Between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. NAICS Code: 23499 Size Standard: $27,500,000. This procurement is restricted to Small Business Only.
