Description

Fifteen (15) days after the publication of this Notice, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) intends to issue a purchase order to Arthur J. Bruckheim, Ph.D, of Bethesda, Maryland, sole proprietor, for advisory and assistance services, specifically in support of the Agency's director. This Order will be for an amount less than $100 thousand; services will be provided within a period of twelve (12) months after the issuance of this Order. This source is the only source known to the Government with the resident capability to provide these services within the Government's cost and schedule constraints. This Notice is not a solicitation of any kind, nor is it a request for proposals. See Note No. 22.
