NA This requirement is for PRON: AX2C0066AX, NSN: 4140-00-944-2557, PN: 114E4041-2 Quantity: 80 each - Contract Minimum Quantity: 80 each and Maximum 240 each 3 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement applicable to the CH-47 Airfram e/Power Train Unit. This item is restricted to Boeing Helicopters, Div of the Boeing Co., RT 291 and Stewart Ave., Ridley Park, PA 19078-1099, Cage Code: 77272 and Hamilton Sundstrand Corp., 4747 Harrison Ave., Rockford, IL 61125-7002, Cage Code: 99167. Destination with delivery to Texarkana, TX 75507-5000. Require delivery is 80 each 270 Days After Contract Award. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the curren t version of DoD-STD-100. Suitable technical data, Government data rights, or manufacturing knowledge are not available to permit acquisition from other sources, nor qualification testing of another part, nor use of a second source part in the intended ap plication. 'This Acquisition contains technical data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) or the Export Administration Act (Title 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) Executive Order 121470. This information ca nnot be released outside the United States Without Prior Approval of the Government.' The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to t he date stated above.
