Description: NA Provide maintenance services (to include carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, rental equipment, and tree removal) for the Millwood Tri-Lakes Project Office, Ashdown Arkansas. This includes DeQueen, Dierks, Gillham, & Millwood Lakes as specified in t he specifications. The period of performance is Ap;ril 1, 2002 or date of award, whichever is later, through 30 September 2002, with options to extend through 30 September 2005. The NAICS code is 561210 with a size standard of $5,000,000.00. Solicitatio n will be posted on the Little Rock District, Contracting Division website (http://ebs.swl.usace.army.mil). Vendors must register at the same website to receive amendments. The solicitation will not be available in paper format; however, the Government r eserves the right to revert to paper medium when determined to be in the Government's best interest. All documents required for the offer submittal including amendments, shall be in paper medium. Electronic medium for submittal of offer will not be allow ed. Solicitation will be available on or about 31 January 2001. Offers will be due on or about 28 February 2002 at 4:30 p.m.
