- Description
- 1. Have technical capability to remote control (from a central service ststion) the existing refrigeration system. 2. Provide 24 hour 7 day a week 365 days a year maintenance and repair service. 3. Provide 24 hour service call center. 4. Provide reference list that company has successful similar maintenance contracts for UK similar supermarket organizations. 5. Have manpower and technical experience to repair the existing system in a timely manner when problems occur. 6. Can provide and install spare parts if system components fail and need replacing. 7. Full maintenance contract contract and documentation and history report is tranferable via e-mail is required.
