Description: The contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, transportation, and labor necessary to perform transportation of United States (U.S.) Government cargo (U.S. Mail). Performance will be at locations as detailed in the bid schedule and within the statement of work in a manner that will provide a professional and timely delivery of mail. As all services will be performed outside the United States, only local sources will be solicited IAW FAR 5.202(a)(12).
