Description

NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are b eing requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation DAKF36-02-T-0025 is issued as a Request for Quotes. Solicitation documents and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulations. The standard i ndustrial code is 5169 (NAICS code 422690) and the business size standard is 12,000 employees. Furnish and Apply 70,000 Gallons of Liquid Calcium Chloride Dust Palliative to 200,000 Square Yards of Training Area Roads and Range Course Roads using the Following Parameters: Concentration; 38% Calcium Chloride Application Rate: 0.35 Gallons Per Squar e Yard. Delivery and application will be at Fort Drum, NY 13602. The following clauses and provisions are applicable to this acquisition: 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (returned with your offer), 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditio ns-Commercial Items, 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders, 252.212.7001-Contract Terms and Conditions required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial It ems (DEC 2000), 52.223-3 Hazardous Material Identification and Material Safety Data.
