- Description
- The U.S. Government is interested in leasing build-to-suit hanger and office space in the Kennesaw, GA area suitable for use by the U.S. Marshalls Service. REQUIRED: Approximately 10,000 usable sq. ft. of hanger space and 2,000 usable sq. ft. of office and support space(with the potential for future office expansion). Offer must be for quality, sound space. All services, utilities, and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. LEASE TERM: Ten (10) years, with a five year renewal option, beginning August 2002.
