- MaxView brand product license: REQUEST FOR QUOTATION General Information Document Type: Presolicitation Notice Solicitation Number: F01620-02-R0008 Classification Code: 70 General Purpose Information Technology Equipment Description This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through FAC 97-27. The proposed procurement will be conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 421430 is based on the size standard of 500 employees. This solicitation is being conducted under full and open competition, however all things being equal, preference will be given to small businesses. Please indicate your business status on your response. The following FAR provisions and clauses apply to this solicitation and are incorporated by reference. FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors—Commercial Items (Oct 2000); FAR 52.212-3, Offerors Representations and Certifications –Commercial Items (May 2001); FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions—Commercial Items (May 2001); FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders—Commercial Items (May 2001): the following numbered subparagraphs under paragraph (b) of this apply: (11) (12) (13) (14) (15) (20) (21) (23) (26). Copies of FAR clauses 52.212-3 and 52.212-5 are available in full text by request. Award will be based on the responsive responsible bidder. HQ SSG/PKO seeks quotes for the following MaxView products: Annual support for a one year period for MaxAuthor and MaxCapture products covering Enterprise Licensing for release 1.50 and maintenance version updates for 130 site servers and 650 Concurrent User Licenses. Above products are to be delivered FOB Destination to MAFB-Gunter Annex, Alabama 36114. All responsible quotes are due NO LATER THAN NOON/1200 CST on 25 January 2002.
