- NSN: 4710-01-102-8821 PR: YPC01262000645. Approved sources are: Sikorsky Aircraft Corp (78286) P/N 70306-02122-041 and W and G Machine Co. Inc. (33682) P/N 70306-02122-041. Qty 25 ea to be delivered to SNC 250 days after date of award. Qty 5 ea to be delivered to AQ5 250 days after date of award. Item 5001 maximum option quantity for NSN: 4710-01-102-8821 option qty 30 each. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Note 26. This solicitation will be available on its issue date of 01/31/02 at http://dibbs.dsccols.com/rfp. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Approved sources are: 78286 and 33682. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
