PRON: AX2T6001; NOUN: Plate, Sealing, Gas P, NSN: 2840-01-109-2481; Quantity: Min 54 each Max 98 each, 5 year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement, Part Number: 2-121-075-10 applicable to the CH-47 Turbine Engine . This is a small business set-aside and is limited to those small business which are approved. This requirement is restricted to Dover Tool Co (Cage Code 1U666), and Dynatech International Corp (Cage Code 63172); Deliveries are F.O.B. origin to Corpus Ch risti, TX. Required delivery with First Article Testing (FAT) is 30 each 360 days after contract award (DACA) Subsequent Monthly Quantity 24. First Article Test Report (FATR) is due 228 DACA. Required delivery without FAT is 30 each 240 DACA Subsequent Mon thly Quantity 24. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) req uire acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). The approved source(s) retain data rights, manufacturing knowledge, or technical data that are not economically available to the Government, and the data or knowledge is essential to maintaining the quality of the part. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. This acquisition contains technical data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, USC., Sec App 2401-2402) Executive Order 121470. This information cannot be released outside the United States without prior approval of the Government. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by assessing the website w ww.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered by the Ag ency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. See Numbered Notes 23, and 26.
