- NA 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The solicitation document is available as of 18 January 2002. The new North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 561730 with a size standard of $5.0 million. Contractor must be registered in the DOD Central Contractor Registration prior to award of this solicitatio n. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award. On site inspection is highly recommended. The work consists of the Herbicide Management Program. One (1) job to include Base Year with Four (4) Option Years. Contractor to furnish al l plant, equipment, labor, transportation, supplies and materials required to perform a low volume, low profile herbicide application in accordance with the following specifications and conditions that are made a part of these provisions and associated wit h all work items are to be provided by the contractor. All herbicides used shall be licensed for intended use by federal and state agencies and applied by a Certified Commercial Applicator. All work will be in with accordance with Section-C Technical Provision. Plans and Specifications are issued only as a paper format at no cost.
