Description

The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk intends to solicit comments and identify interested parties for and OMB Circular A-76 Commercial Activity Study. The offeror determines to be the best value to the Government will be compared to the Government's proposal to perform administrative support services for FTSCLANT, Norfolk Virginia. The intent of the study is to determine the most efficient and cost effective method of providing these services to FTSCLANT headquarters is in Norfolk, VA with detachments in Mayport, FL; New London, CT; Ingleside, TX; and Naples, IT. The personnel/ employees that provide Administrative Support Services will perform all such duties in Norfolk, VA, and Mayport, FL. Services to be performed include, but are not limited to: Processing Documents, Scheduling Support Services, Office Operations Support Services, Reception Support Services, Mail Distribution Services, Training Services and Media Services. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561110. The performance period includes a one-year base period and four additional one-year option periods. The anticipated contract type is firm fixed price. The solicitation and subsequent amendments will be available only through the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) Website at www.neco.navy.mil and the fedbizops website at www.fedbizops.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available.
