Description

Contractor Operated Civil Engineering Supply Store (COCESS). Provide building materials, equipment, plumbing, electrical, air conditioning and heating, hardware, and related supplies to the Civil Engineering Section on Malmstrom AFB, Montana, in support of real property maintenance, or remodeling of existing or new facilities and/or property. It involves supplying items utilized by the Civil Engineering Maintenance Sections. The contractor will be required to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items to include all costs associated with ordering, expediting, receiving, warehousing, and issuing of all authorized items needed to operate COCESS. A requirements, firm-fixed priced contract, set aside for small business, is contemplated for a period of one-year beginning 1 May 2002, with a possibility of two one-year options. NAICS for this solicitation is 444130. Size code is 500 employees. Solicitation will be issued on or about 8 March 2002. Availability of this solicitation will be limited to electronic medium only. Funds are not currently available for this solicitation. No award will be made until funds are available to make payments under a contract. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the request for proposal closing date, with no obligation to the offeror by the government.
