Description

UNICOR, FPI intends to enter into an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Type Contract for Fabric. The period of performance shall be for one base year with two - one year option periods. Specifications shall be as follows: Line Item 0001: FAB8528 - Cloth, TY-I, CL-2, FM-1, 50W", WHT= 27875 PER FED STD 595, A-A-55308. QTY: EST.MAX. 288,000 yards. Line Item 0002: FAB8529 - Cloth, TY-I, CL-2, FM-1, 50W", BLUE = 35231 PER FED STD 595, A-A-55308. QTY: EST MAX. 288,000 yards. Line Item 0003: FAB1758 - Cloth, TY-II, CL-2, 60W", CAMOUFLAGE GREEN #483 = 34094 PER FED STD 595B, MIL-PRF-20696. QTY: EST. MAX. 576,000 yards. Line Item 0004: FAB1381 - Cloth, TY-II, CL-3, 60W", GREEN = 34094 PER FED STD 595B, MIL-PRF-20696. QTY: EST. MAX. 96,000 yards. Delivery is FOB Destination FCI Edgefield Textile/Repair, 501 Gary Hill Road, Edgefield, SC 29824 . Delivery acceptance is 45 days after receipt of delivery order. The Minimum Guaranteed for each line item is as follows: Item 0001-FAB8528 is 72,000 yds, Item 0002-Fab8529 is 72,000 yds, Item 0003-FAB1758 is 144,000 yds and Item 0004-Fab1381 is 12,000 yds. The award will be based on the Best Value to the Government. The Evaluation Factors are Past Performance, Specifications and Price. Past Performance and Specifications when combined are significantly more information than cost or price. Additional information will be provided in the solicitation.
