Description

The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL intends to award a sole source contract to the Bureau of National Affairs, 1231 25th Street NW, Washington DC 20037-1097 for the following publications: 0001 - Environmental Library - Network CD-ROM 2002 Edition and Updates QTY 13; 0002 - Gov Employee Relations Report 2002 Updates QTY 4; 0003 - Labor Relations Reporter 2002 Updates QTY 1; 0004 - Patent, Tradmark and Copyright Journal 2002 Updates QTY 3; 0005 - US Patents Quarterly 2002 Updates QTY 4; 0006 - Lawyers Manual on Professional Conduct 2002 Updates QTY 4; 0007 - Environmental Compliance Series 2002 Updates QTY 1; 0008 - Toxics Law Reporter 2002 Updates QTY 2; 0009 - International Environmental Reporter 2002 Updates QTY 1; 0009 - Health Law Reporter 2002 Updates QTY 9; 0010 - Employment Discrimination Report 2002 Updates QTY 1; 0011 - Environmental and Safety Compliance Calendar 2002 Updates QTY 1; 0012 - Labor Relations Reporter - FEP Cases - 2002 Updates QTY 1. This is a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. If there are any other business that can provide the specified publications, they must respond to this notice by 31Jan02 by 1500 hrs (central time). If no responses are received by the above date, a sole source contract with the Bureau of National Affairs will be pursued.
