- This purchase is anticipated to be awarded to a qualified source. The only qalified sources are Pratt & Whitney and Dynamic Gunver Technologies. The Government does not have the drawings necessary to qualify sources. NOUN: Columbian Liner; NSN: 2840-01-308-4467NZ, Part Number: 4070107 Max Qty: 1974; This award is anticipated to be a multi-year contract for 5 years. Predominant material is Columbium Alloy. Form/Fit/Function: Augmentor Nozzle convergent segment liners protect the convergent segments from high exhaust gas temperatures. Size/Demensions: Approx. 15" lengthX4.5" widthX0.5" thick. Applicable to F100PW229 Engine Anticipated Solicitation issue date: 11 FEB 02 Anticipated award date: 28 FEB 02. No telephone solicitation requests will be accepted. To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be approved sources. Government-furnished drawings are not available. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). NOTE: An ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the Program manager or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate Government personnel. When requested, the ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern.
