Description

Rhein Main Air Base is hereby soliciting information for potential sources for THE REPAIR ELECTRICAL DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM FOR CONTINGENCY MISSION SUPPORT, BUILDING 30, Rhein Main Air Base Germany. All work shall be in conformance with the drawings and specifications, including the furnishing of all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and transportation. The work required to be performed by the Contractor consists of, but is not limited to, the following principle items: THE INSTALLATION OF A NEW POWER CABLE, THE REPLACEMENT OF THE ELECTRICAL DISTRIBUTION, AND INSTALLATION OF A NEW ELECTRICAL MAIN CONNECTION CABLE FROM BUILDING 34 INTO THE BASEMENT OF BUILDING 30, PROJECT NUMBER UDHY 02-2002. The Magnitude of the project is between $100,000 AND $250,000. All solicitation documents, to include the initial solicitation, all amendments, clarification letters, and other applicable documents, will be issued electronically on the Electronic Posting System (EPS) Internet site (http://www.eps.gov). It is the potential offerors responsibility to monitor this site for the release of any notices. Questions should be directed to SSgt Russell Kneen or SSgt Chalmers listed below. Solicitation is scheduled for release on or about 6 February 2002. ONLY CONTRACTORS WHO ARE LICENSED TO WORK IN THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF GERMANY WILL BE CONSIDERED.
