This item is restricted to Pall Aeropower Corp., Sub of Pall corp., 10540 Ridge Rd., new Port Richey, FL 34654-5198. FOB Destination with delivery to Texarkana, TX 5 each. Require delivery is 5 each 180 Days After Contract Award. The data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to dr aft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation.
