Description

NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation DAAD05-02-T-0183 for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Requirement is for two complete systems of Console Version Radio of the MDL/C repeater, 3-channel operation. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors?Commercial. Provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items, a completed copy must be provided with offers. Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items. Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items. Responses to this RFQ must be signed, dated, and received via electronic mail or fax by 07 February 2002 no later than 4:00 PM EST at the Robert Morris Acquisition Center, AMSSB-ACC-AT (Paula Kestler), 4118 Susquehanna Aven ue, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005-3013.
