Description

NA Furnish all labor, personnel, supplies, vehicles, transportation and equipment necessary to perform Park Attendant Services at Carr Creek Lake, located in Knott County, in the southeastern portion of Kentucky. Contract period will run from date of award th ru 31 December 2002. Performance period will run from approximately 01 May thru 30 September 2002. This Request for Quote (RFQ) contains an option clause to extend the contract for two (2) one-year periods from 01 January 2003 thru 31 December 2003, and 01 January 2004 thru 31 December 2004. Award of this RFQ will be based on the Best Value to the Government. Factors to be considered for award will be Past Performance, Experience, and Price. This RFQ has an approximate issue date of 04 February 2002 and an approximate due date of 28 February 2002 @ 4:30PM Local Time. THIS PROCUREMENT IS 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS.
