Description: Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a firm fixed price Delivery Order to Litton Advanced Systems, Inc., College Park, Md. to modify seven AN/ALR 67 (V)2 Countermeasures Receiving Set to incorporate the detection and display of threats and friendlies. Litton is the designer, developer, and sole manufacturer of the Quadrant Amplifiers; and is the only firm possessing the requisite technical knowledge, expertise, facilities, tooling and special test equipment necessary to produce them in a timely manner.
