Description
Modification - To Perform a Market Survey Scope of Requirement. Provide all resources necessary to perform the services and operate, maintain, and repair the facilities, equipment, supplies and systems described herein, including performing service call work for all services on all facilities and systems, performing indefinite quantity work items for services, maintenance, repair, performing preventive maintenance, performing recurring work and other services as described herein. The Contractor shall be responsible for the following functional areas which is not intended to be all-inclusive but rather to provide an overview of the variety of services required to support Coastal Systems Station, Panama City, FL: administrative requirements, custodial services, refuse collection services, pest control services, operations, maintenance, repair of pools and telephone switchboard operations. This section describes the scope of the services to be provided and establishes the acceptable standards for performing the work. All work will be ordered to be performed in both occupied and vacant quarters unless stated otherwise. All work shall comply with the technical standards contained in this contract. The contract performance period will include a base year with four option years with a total contract term not to exceed 60 months. Except when it is determined in accordance with FAR 17.206(b) not to be in the government's best interests, the government will evaluate offers for award purposes by adding the total price for all options to the total price for the basic requirement. This is a negotiated source selection procurement which consists of the submission of price and technical proposals. The NAICS for this procurement is 561210 with a size standard of $20 Million. The Government will determine based on the responses to the market survey below whether to set aside as 8(a) or HUBZone or neither. Period of Performance/Estimated Value. Base year and four (4) one-year option periods. Anticipated contract type is a combination firm fixed-price and indefinite quantity. Estimated value of the total effort is $5M - $10M.
