Description

Solicitation Number TFTP-HS-98733A-C was deleted from FedBizOpps (posted on September 27, 2001), due to a transfer in function from GSA/FSS Management Services Center (10FT) in Auburn, WA. Offerors are now given an opportunity to submit proposals under Office and Photographic Equipment Division's solicitation FCGE-C1-02-0001-B. This is a Worldwide Federal Supply Schedule, which includes the new standing solicitation provisions and does not have a closing date. The schedule period will be continuous until further notice and will be for Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contracts, allowing for a Labor Hours Task Order based on Firm Fixed Prices. Contract period will commence on the date of award (DOA) and expire five years from the DOA (unless extended based on the 5 year option to extend the term of the contract which is included in the solicitation). Identical items can now be awarded to more than one contractor. Prices will be requested FOB Destination. A Past Performance evaluation is required for each offer prior to awarding a contract. Vendors are responsible for payment to Open Ratings, Inc. for the past performance evaluation. GSA requires all schedule contractors to participate in GSA Advantage! All schedule contractors must submit their electronics files to GSA Advantage within 6 months after contract award. GSA is only issuing this solicitation through FedBizOpps. GSA will not provide paper copies of this solicitation. Interested parties may access the solicitation at Internet address http://fedbizopps.gov. The following Mail Management Services Special Item Numbers (SIN) that are being procured under this solicitation are: 733 1, Mail Room Administrative Support, 733 2 Mail Presort, 733 3 Miscellaneous Mail Services, 733 4 List Management Services, 733 5 Mail Room Ergonomic Analysis Services, and 733 99 Introduction of New Services. For information purposes only: Solicitation Number FCGE-C1-02-0001-B Refresher #___ will be merged with Solicitation FCGE-C1-00-0001-B as an amendment on or about April 1, 2002. A synopsis will be posted prior to for notification.
