Description

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, and equipment to provide operation and mechanical maintenance services at the Lafayette Building, 811 Vermont Avenue, NW, Washington, DC. Performance is expected to begin on or about April 1, 2002 and will continue through March 31, 2003. The government shall have a unilateral option to extend the term for four consecutive years on a year-to-year basis. This sealed bid solicitation will be issued on or about January 25, 2002 with bids due on or about February 25, 2002. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency. GSA is issuing this solicitation electronically only. Interested parties may access the solicitation at http://eps.gov. This site provides instructions for downloading the solicitation file.
