Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, and FAR 13.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number, USZA99-02-Q-0046, is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-12. This procurement is unrestricted. All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered. Clin 0001, P# 02-0536-0110, Hydraulic Jack, Tripod Five Ton, hand pump with built in pressure relief valve, threaded rams with safety nut, quick rising center extension, easy access filler/breather cap, 1" jack pad, four inch heavy duty wheels, hydraulic fluid, 3 ea. Clin 0002, P# 20-4505-7000, Cart, Four Bottle w/Oxy Bstr, oxygen manifold with four hoses that adapt to oxygen bottles with CGA-540 connectors, high pressure regulator 15-2500 PSI certified gauge with 15 ft #4 37 degree JIC swivel output hose, 2200 PSI oxygen intensifier, 30?1 volumetric displacement, 06:1 maximum compression ratio, intensifier automatically shuts down when the aircraft reachers required system pressure, oxygen over-pressure relief valve set at 2000 psig, safety valve designed to relief if the air pilot switch fails. Solicitation Provision FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation Commercial Items (Jan 1999) is hereby incorporated, the evaluation factors are technical, price, and past performance. The government will make a determination of best value based on the evaluation factors cited. Contractors are reminded to submit a complete copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items with their quote, if readily available. If not, the clause will be forward for completion prior to award (Oct 2000). Clause 52.212-4, Contract terms and Conditions Commercial Items (May 1999) is hereby incorporated by reference.
