Description

Provide all necessary labor, supervision, materials and equipment to apply polyurethane spray foam insulating roofing system to metal roof on the Otto Graham Exchange Main Building, add two (2) downspouts and formed metal drip to North and South edge of roof. All work to be performed at the Otto Graham Exchange, 13920 West Parkway Drive, Cleveland, Ohio. The period of performance is 45 days after Notice to Proceed. This procurement is estimated between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00 and is open to both small and large businesses in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The NAICS code for this procurement is 235610 (formerly SIC 1761). Due dates for quotes will be not less than 30 days after issuance. NO TELEPHONE OR WRITTEN REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
