Description

Potential Source Sought-E-3 Mission Crew Training Program. This is not a Request for Proposal. This requirement consists of contractor provided academic and simulator training; provide mission simulator support; design, develop, produce and deliver mission simulator training packages(MSTP) and design, develop, produce and deliver courseware materials for the mission crew student population. Potential requirements that may or may not be funded during this effort include Distance Learning (DL) Architecture and Services, a Multi-link Interoperatbility Course and a Command and Control, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Package Commander (C2ISR PC) Course. Other potential requirements may be identified in the future. This requirement includes a 30 day orientation period for FY2002, a basic contract year of performance for FY2003 and nine (9) pre-priced annual options for FY2004-2012. Award is required by 31 Aug 2002. Draft documents concerning this requirement will be posted by the buyer in the future. No telephone requests.
