Description: NA All contractors must submit: 1. Submission of Form SF 254 2. Submission of extent of expertise and project experience in the past 5 years in the area of review and technical analysis of design parameters and computations of the static and dynamic forces affecting massive concrete hydraulic structures and other st ructures founded on rock, soil, or piles. Static and dynamic analysis of hydraulic steel structures and structural systems due to flow induced vibrations will be required. The submission should also include the firm?s technical competence in earthquake design and analysis of massive concrete hydraulic navigation structures (locks, dams, approach walls, silling basins, etc.) founded on rock, soil, or pile systems; seismic analysis of soil-pile-fluid structure interaction, along with knowledge and experien ce of earthquake ground motion and the application to the design of hydraulic structures, knowledge and experience relating to vibration (including flow induced vibrations) measurements relation to large water control structural steel gates; static and dyn amic finite element analysis and design of hydraulic steel structures; and knowledge of finite element correlation and familiarity with dynamic analysis applications of soil structure interaction using programs such as SASSI, FLUSH, etc. In addition, demo nstrated extensive experience with probabilistic and reliability-based modeling of the above project information is required. A minimum of three navigation projects where this type of work was completed should be submitted. No more than 10 navigation pro jects with this type of experience should be submitted. Each project submitted should have a brief narrative describing the extent and the complexity of work performed, as well as dollar value of work performed, and date of completion. 3. Submission of resumes for key personnel involved with the work described in requirement #2. 4. Include a list of relevant published work, including citations, in each submitted resume as appropriate. 5. Identify all professional registrations, licenses, training, etc. in each submitted resume. 6. Include points of contact and phone numbers for references of each cited project. 7. Document the firm?s ability to perform multiple task orders concurrently 8. Do not submit information for work done outside the last 5 years. This market survey is for HubZone, and/or 8a certified businesses only. Market survey response should be open in the FedBizOps website for 5 days. All interested parties must respond by 31 JAN 2002. Submission packages should be post-marked by a week af ter the closing date of the FedBizOps announcement. Others will not be considered. NOTE: If qualified Section 8 (a) or HubZone business firms do not respond, this planned contract action will be converted to full and open competition. This project is planned for advertisement on 13 FEB 2002.
