Description
The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) has a requirement for Lodging Rooms in the Ft. AP Hill, Bowling Green, Virginia area. Hotel site must be within a 30 mile radius of Ft. AP Hill, Bowling Green, Virginia. Lodging will be needed for a maximum of 40 people per two week session in which they will require 16 rooms at different dates throughout fiscal year 2002. Dates of the two week sessions are as followed: April 7th thru 19th; June 2nd thru 14th and July 21st thru August 2nd , dates are subject to change. Rates should be based on the current government travel per diem rate. Rooms will accommodate two students per room and a living room/work area. Rooms must include two double beds or larger and a kitchenette that includes a refrigerator and microwave. Daily cleaning will be provided for each person suite during occupancy. Complimentary breakfast will be provided, with coffee available during classroom sessions. Copy machine needs to be provided. Hotel needs to provide a conference facility on site to hold a maximum of 40 people from April 8th thru 19th, June 3rd thru 14th and July 22nd thru August 2nd during the two week session. This conference room will be required to provide a podium with a microphone, television and VCR. A smaller conference room will be required each evening for instructors to get together for preparation of next day session. Hotel needs to have a restaurant on site or be in close proximity of other restaurants, e.g. 3 to 5 miles. All suites and conference rooms must have all safety features required by state and federal laws, ie smoke detectors, sprinkler system etc. Award will be made to the offeror meeting all specifications listed above with the lowest price. This award will be made utilizing simplified acquisitions and procedures. Any order awarded as a result of this will have a period of performance of one base year and 4 one year option periods. Dates of classes are currently not known for future fiscal years, but could have plus or minus six classes per fiscal year. NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE. Awardee must complete a SF-3381 ACH Vendor/Miscellaneous Payment Enrollment form for payment via electronic funds transfer or be registered in the Department of Defense (DOD) Central Contractor Registration database (CCR). All interested parties must submit a quote by January 31st, 2002 no later than 3:00 PM EST. Quotes must include price and product literature information.
