Description

Provide quality, on-site job placement program for approximately 210 graduate students and 21 eligible non- graduated students located at the Mingo Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center located near Puxico, Missouri. The Job Corps provide young adults the necessary job training which enables them to gain meaningful employment upon graduation. The Workforce Investment Act (WIA) mandates that Job Corps graduates be provided with transition, placement, and support services for one year following graduation. The contractor will provide the necessary personnel to conduct a Career Development Services System (CDSS) as outlined in the Job Corps Policy Requirements handbook (PRH). Contract period is for 1 base year beginning July 1, 2002 through June 30, 2003, and four (4) option years. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered. This proposed procurement is 100% set-aside for small businesses and is in a HUBZone location. The NAICS Code for this procurement is: 624310, small business size standard is $5.0 Million.
