Description

THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The CRIS Project is a comprehensive effort to modernize the existing systems that support clinical care and the collection of research data for the intramural clinical research programs of the National Institutes of Health. The National Institutes of Health anticipates that the moderization may include system upgrades, system replacements, and the acquisition of new systems. The National Institutes of Health is requesting industry comments on a draft Statement of Work for the CRIS project. The Draft Statement of Work and Attachment is currently available at http://cris.cc.nih.gov/ under the Vendor section. The user-id is "vendor"; the password is "vendor". Interested parties who desire to participate in the review/comment of the draft Statement of Work should complete the registration request also located at http://cris.cc.nih.gov/ following the website instructions. This notice is not a solicitation of offers and the Government is not liable for any costs and/or activity associated with a response to this announcement. However, it is very important that interested parties review the draft Statement of Work/Attachment and take this opportunity to submit any comments or questions. Written comments of a non-proprietary nature may be submitted to Mr. Julius Y. Tidwell, Contracting Officer, National Institutes of Health, Clinical Center, Office of Purchasing and Contracts, 10 Center Drive, Room 1N262, MSC 1189, Bethesda, Maryland 20892-1189 or e-mail Jtidwell@cc.nih.gov. Responses are requested by Fenruary 25, 2002. All comments received will be considered, however, the Government reserves the right to issue the final Statement of Work as it deems appropriate. Formal responses to industry comments will be provided at the Government's discretion.
