Description: The Naval Air Systems Command intends to modify Contract N00019-98-C-0171 with Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, South Oyster Bay Road, Bethpage, NY 11714, to add two six-month options for core services and specific repair caretaker maintenance and protection of the Naval Weapons Industrial Reserve Plant, Bethpage, NY. Northrop Grumman is the only firm possessing the requisite knowledge, specialized experience, technical capability, and technical data to meet the Government?s requirements. See Note 22.
