Description

The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center Norfolk, Detachment Washington intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Offshore Sailing School the purchase of eight (8) COLGATE 26 foot boats including the barrier coasts & anti-fouling paint for each boat, and twelve (12) JOWI Model 5 cradle. Genoz Tracks and Cars Included. Offshore Sailing School is the manufacturer of these boats. This procurement is for the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD. This procurement will be issued following the Test Programs procedures defined in FAR 13.5. The anticipated date for the solicitation is 11 February 2002 and the required delivery date is 30 June 2002.
