- REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 7,638 rentable square feet yielding 6,642 usable square feet of contiguous office and related space in Paris, Tennessee. Street-level contiguous (same floor) space is preferred. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious surroundings with a prevalence of modern design, tasteful rehabilitation in modern use or new construction. LOCATION: The U.S. Government will be evaluating offers from the following delineated area within the City of Paris, Tennessee: NORTH: Jones Bend Road to Rison Street to Popular Street to Greer Street to Cooper Street to Chickasaw Road to North Lake Street to East Wood Street to Volunteer Drive, EAST: Volunteer Drive to Memorial Street to Hwy 641 to Hwy 218 By-Pass, SOUTH: Hwy 218 By-Pass to Hwy 79 South, WEST: Hwy 79 South becomes Tyson Avenue to Veterans Drive to Market Street to Sparks Street to Gordon Street to Routon Street to Porter Street to West Woods Street to Hwy 69 North to Jones Bend Road. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. On-site parking is required per local code with 32 surface parking spaces required within two blocks, preferably on-site. Space must be ready for occupancy on March 31, 2003. LEASE TERM: Term is 10 years, 5 years firm, with the Government having cancellation privileges after 5 years.
