Description

Near Lansing, MI. Office/storage/wareyard space. Want to lease approx. 12,500 usable sq ft of office and related space on 1st floor and must be in one contiguous block. A 3,900 sq ft portion must be warehouse space accessible to vehicles at groung level. A 7,500 sq ft fenced wareyard must be adjacent to space. Lease must include an offstreet surface parking area to accommodate 56 vehicle within close proximity to site. Delineated Area of Consideration: North: Interstate 96 South: Coloumbia Road East: Okemos Road West: State Route 99 Seeking first class office/lab/conference space in an existing or newly constructed building for a lease term of ten years, five years firm, beginning no later than October1, 2003. Space must be fully serviced and meet all federal standards for fire and handicapped accessibility. The general Services Administration will not use a tenant broker to represent the Government in this transaction. Brokers or leasing agents may represent a prospective landlord but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/leasing agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the buildings ownership.
