- Description
- This acquisition is for non-personal services to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, licenses, certifications and other items necessary to perform the Base Supply and Fuels services and Logistics Materiel Control Agency (LMCA) for Edwards AFB, CA. The Government intends to issue a single solicitation and make a single award to one offeror. The base contract period of performance will be 01 October 2002 to 30 September 2003, followed by four 12-month pre-priced option periods. The contract type is a Fixed-Price Award Fee. This acquisition will be 100% small business set-aside. All responsible small businesses may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the Air Force. The NAICS code is 561210, with gross annual receipts of $20 Million or less. Offerors will be evaluated using median source selection procedures. (See Notes 1 and 26) The Government intends to issue the solicitation on or about 28 February 2002. The solicitation will be posted on FedBizOps (http://www.fedbizops.gov) electronically. Draft documents will be posted incrementally as they are completed. A pre-solicitation conference is scheduled for 7 February 2002 at the Edwards AFB Conference Center from 9:00 am - 12:30 pm.
