Description

BIRD MANAGEMENT AND CONTROL: This is a Request for Information (RFI) only. There is no solicitation package available at this time. Dover AFB DE is seeking information regarding standard commercial business practices for contracting "bird management and control services" using border collies, radio-controlled model airplanes, harassment, trapping, depredation, airfield patrol, and fence monitoring to control birds. We are interested in companies that provide trained personnel, border collies, and radio-controlled model airplanes to minimize hazards to safe air and support operations on an airfield. Specifically, we are inquiring about customary commercial practices, standard industry terms and conditions, pricing, payment terms, accepted industry quality standards, potential sources, unusual constraints, delivery terms, warranty terms, remedies, and determination of commerciality. The government will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in response to this RFI. Your assistance is appreciated.
