Small Business Set-Aside: Total Small Business
Description: NA The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, materials, appliances, transportation, and perform all work, necessary to provide custodial services for Fort Richardson, Alaska, in strict accordance with the Performance Work State ment (PWS) and subject to terms and conditions of the resulting contract. Performance includes: Basic Cleaning and Periodic Cleaning for specified buildings, and Stripping and Waxing Resilient Floors, Carpet Cleaning, and Emergency Miscellaneous Custodial Services on an as ordered basis. There is no geographical restriction. This Contract is set aside for the SBA Competitive 8(a) Program. Joint Ventures are allowable on competitive 8(a) set-asides, however, the joint venture agreement must be received by S BA prior to proposal due date and approved before award of a resulting contract. The NAICS Code is 561720 with a size standard of $12,000,000. The SBA Requirement Number assigned is 7700-02-201218. All qualified 8(a) Program offerers will be considered by this agency.
