Description

NA Work includes but is not limited to: Furnish and install all fan coil units, fans, controls, ductwork, electrical and associated items for a complete and operational HVAC systems for the first, second floors, and attic. The controls shall be digital for a ll fan coil units. Provide interlocks between the outside air fan and the exhaust air fans. This work shall include all ductwork for the outside air system and all exhaust systems. There is an additive contract line item to furnish and install all floor mounted fan coil units in the basement, including heating and cooling water piping, and electrical for a complete and operational HVAC system. The building will be occupied. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. This will be a firm fixed-price lump sum type contract. Performance period is 180 calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. This acquisition is unrestricted under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration program. The size standard for a s mall business concern, including its affiliates, is average annual sales or receipts for the preceding three (3) fiscal years, not to exceed $11.5 million. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 235110. IFB is t o be issued on or about 19 Feb 02. Bidders must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database in order to receive award. All requests for this IFB should be in writing and reference DABT19-02-B-0002. Contractor shall indicate their taxpa yer identification number and if they are women-owned, minority business concern, small or large business firm, if hub-zone certified and their ZIP Code + 4.
