- Description
- The U.S. General Services Administration is seeking expressions of interest in the leasing of approximately 8,400 rentable square feet of first-class office space in Midtown Manhattan, New York, for a 10-year term with cancellation rights after the 5th year. Rentable space must yield between 6,500 to 7,300 BOMA usable square feet. Office properties must be located within the boundaries of 40th Street to 53rd Street and Lexington Avenue to Seventh Avenue. They must have public parking within a three (3)-block radius (1200 linear feet), as well as regularly scheduled public transportation. Additionally, the space must be located on the second floor or higher, and should be situated on one contiguous floor. This is not a request for competitive proposals. Expressions of interest should include the following: (1) Building Name and Address; (2) Rentable Square Feet Available per Floor; (3) Asking Rental Rate per Rentable Square Foot; and (4) Rentable/Usable Ratio. Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must include a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space.
