Description

This is a sources sought synopsis for the Non-Personal Services of Communications Operation and Maintenance at Johnston Atoll. Services include intermediate and mobile depot maintenance, inspection, test, repair, modification, modernization, conversion, overhaul, repair or replacement of components, assemblies, and subassemblies, bench testing, removal, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting. Contractor services shall be provided five (5) days per week, eight (8) hours per day. A Fixed-Price type contract is anticipated with a period of performance from 1 Oct 02 through 30 Sep 03 with two one-year option periods. The Service Contract Act is applicable. WAGE DETERMINATION NO: 94-2154 REV (23) AREA: HI,ISLAND-WIDE and 1994-2212 Rev (12) AREA: JOHNSTON ATOLL apply. An on-sight pre-proposal conference will be conducted. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR SOURCES ONLY. THE GOVERNMENT DOES NOT INTEND TO PAY FOR ANY INFORMATION OR INQUIRIES SUBMITTED AS A RESULT OF THIS SYNOPSIS. A combined synopsis/solicitation will be published on or about 30MAR02.
