- Troop Issue Activities in the Colorado/Wyoming Zone require Milk, Dairy and Ice Cream products for deliveries starting 01 May 2002. The contract period will be 12 months plus one year option. The acquisition will be issued Unrestricted. Matearials used in fabrication are to be furnished by the offeror(s). All responsible sources may submit proposals which will be considered by the agency.
