Description

NA Description. Contractors shall provide all equipment, material, labor, supervision, supplies and items required to establish temporary showers and a tent city sleeping area equipped with cots. The sleeping area will be located on the KD-Small Arms Range Complex on Camp Robinson, North Little Rock, Arkansas. This area should be able to sleep 2,568 troops and maintain their associated equipment during the period June 15-18, 2002.Contractors shall provide all equipment, material, labor, supervision, supplie s and items required to establish a temporary dining facility equipped with tables and chairs capable of seating 500 people per sitting. Contractors shall provide all equipment, material, labor, supervision, supplies and items required to establish a temp orary kitchen, prepare meals in accordance with the menus provided by the government. Contractor shall be responsible for preparing meals in accordance with the menus. The government will furnish raw subsistence for preparing meals. Small Business Size: $ 27.5 million. This procurement shall be solicited as Small Business. Submittals are due 12 March 2002, no later than 3:00 PM at USPFO for Arkansas, Building 7102, Camp Robinson, North Little Rock, AR 72199-9600. Pre-proposal conferences will be held 10: 00 AM, 12 February 2002 at Camp Robinson, building 7102, North Little Rock. Pre-registration for Pre-Proposal Conference required gaining access on to the military installations.
