- NA Provide Refuse Pickup & Removal Services, Facilities Cleaning Services, and Fee Collection at Clark's Ferry Recreation Area located on the Mississippi River in Muscatine County, Iowa. Contract Period is April 1, 2002 thru March 31, 2003 with two (2) Optio n Periods. Note: The apparent successful offeror must be registered in the Department of Defense Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database. Award will not be made until this requirement is met.
